A continuous development between 2004-2019 of Universal Wixxi Adaptor System (UWA), a Wired and/or Wireless Modular SCADA Solution for the Oil and Gas Industry, a bleeding edge modular distributed automation technology, using a 32-bit AVR UC3 Microcontroller RTU with remote wireless host.

Management System

“LEMS” keeps track of online, secure time & expense entries against projects and accounts, which are subject to management review and approval, before generating detailed invoices for clients.

“LEMS” started as an internal PHP/MySQL project at Novac Consulting Services, LLC. in August 2016,
which was branched off and enhanced from the open source “Time and Expense Management System” version 3.3.0 from Initech, LLC.

Enhanced “LEMS” provide advanced functionality such as:

  • Cascading project roles with charge codes, work and expense activities
  • Historical client rate sheets associated with project roles
  • Invoicing and project management reports with percent complete information
  • Charges to projects strictly enforced by project roles, charge codes, work and expense activities, rate sheets and record status.
  • Weekly Timesheet Entries & Expense Reports can be viewed and printed by Resource, Project and Account.
